Cryogenic Tanks for Defence Platforms (Submarines & Naval Systems)

We design and support the development of high-integrity cryogenic tanks for submarines, naval propulsion systems, oxygen supply modules and special-purpose military platforms.Capabilities include:

  • Double-wall vacuum-insulated tanks

  • High-integrity structural design for extreme environments

  • Shock-resistant & vibration-classified designs

Launch Pad Fueling & Oxidizer Infrastructure

We engineer cryogenic storage and transfer systems used in launch facilities handling LOX, LN₂, LH₂, RP-1 and other propellants.Scope includes:

  • Propellant & oxidizer storage farms

  • Cryogenic transfer systems (VJ lines, purging systems, chilldown architecture)

  • Fill & drain systems

  • Rapid disconnect systems

  • Emergency shutdown systems (ESD)

  • Thermal management & boil-off control


Cryogenic & Propellant Systems

We design integrated systems for the storage, conditioning and controlled delivery of cryogenic propellants used in missiles, launch vehicles and aerospace ground systems.Expertise includes:

  • LH₂ / LOX conditioning modules

  • Sub-cooling systems

  • Pressurization & venting systems

  • Filtration, safety valves and interlock logic

  • Process simulations & FEA/FEM validation


Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Engineering

We support the engineering of ground systems required for aerospace and defence operations, including:

  • Mobile cryogenic carts

  • Purge & inerting equipment

  • Gas distribution skids

  • HP/LP supply systems

  • Hose reels, manifolds & interface panels

  • Equipment for integration tests, commissioning and operational readiness


Environmental Control & Test Systems (incl. Wind Tunnels)

We provide engineering support for aerospace test environments requiring controlled thermal, flow or pressure conditions.Capabilities include:

  • Wind tunnel design & specification

  • Thermal-vacuum test chambers

Hazard & Risk Analysis (HAZOP, SIL, FMEA)

Safety engineering is embedded into every deliverable. We provide:

  • HAZOP facilitation for cryogenic and propellant systems

  • SIL assessments for critical functions

  • FMEA/FMECA for component and system-level reliability

  • Risk matrices specific to defence and aerospace applications

  • Operational safety architecture design


Safety Compliance (MIL-STD, NATO STANAG, ISO, EN)

Our systems are engineered in compliance with:

  • MIL-STD series (structural, environmental, test requirements)

  • NATO STANAG standards

  • EN & ISO cryogenic, hydrogen and pressure equipment codes

  • ASME B31.3 / VIII for piping & pressure systems

  • Project-specific QMS requirements

We prepare documentation packages, qualification plans, FAT/SAT procedures and acceptance criteria aligned with military programs.
